49 - Uber Eats, Sloss News, and DC BLOX
I know what you're thinking to yourself: "The week is almost over and there's no new episode of the RME! Are the guys okay??" Never fear, we are okay and episode 49 of the RME is available now! Keep reading (or listen to the show) to find out what's going on with our show and in Birmingham!
If you're a regular (or irregular) listener to the RME you're probably aware that we have typically recorded our episodes on Sundays and released new episodes on Mondays. Buuut, with our ever busier personal lives and in effort to try to get news to you while its still fresh, we're making some changes! Starting with this episode we're now going to be recording during the week and have new episodes edited and released to you by the time you head home from work on Thursday (or for the drive into work on Friday)! We know this change will be beneficial to Blake, Patrick, and myself and we hope it's a change you come to enjoy!
Find us on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and let us know what you think about this new release date, our new "News First" format, or anything else that's on your mind!
Anyway, without further adieu: In this week's episode Blake and I discuss the official launch of food delivery service Uber Eats, Phil Savage's move to general manager of Phoenix's AAF team, the soft opening and upcoming grand opening of the new Back Forty location at Sloss Docks, and the announcement of DC BLOX new data center site at the former Trinity Steel location!
And as was mentioned during the show a few weeks back, please take a few minutes and head over to our Patreon page (patreon.com/redmountainexpress) and take a look and consider tossing us a dollar if you enjoy our show and our content!
Don't forget that besides streaming directly from RedMountainExpress.com you can also find our episodes on Spotify, iTunes, Google Play Now, and many other podcast services (now including Stitcher)!
